    Since December 29th 2017 applicants for visas to Poland (national and Schengen) can and should apply at Poland Visa Application Centres located in three cities of the consular district: Chengdu, Chongqing and Kunming. Below are the addresses:

     

    Chengdu: 

    3/F, Industrial Bank, No. 11, 4th Section of South Renmin Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu, 610041 China.

     

    Chongqing:

    33-F, 33rd Floor, HNA-Poly International Centre, 235 Minsheng Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing City, 400000, China

     

    Kunming:

    1502A, Building 5, Xindulongcheng, No.1079 Beijing Rd

    All other visitors and also those wishing to apply for visa at the Consulate are requested to make an appointment through the on-line registration system e-Consulate.

    CONSULAR JURISDICTION:

     Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan

     

     

    CONSULAR COUNTERS WORKING HOURS (by appointment through e-Consulate):

     

     

    Visit at the Consulate requires prior registration of the visit through e-Consulate. Immediate consular assistance is reserved for Polish citizens in emergency (accidents, arrests). The office is closed on Polish and Chinese public holidays.

     

    Consular clients can visit Consulate (after prior registration) for the following services:

     

    Regular passports: Mondays 10:00 - 11:00

    Public affairs passports: Tuesdays 12:00 - 13:30, Thursdays 10:00- 11:30

    Legal matters: Mondays 11:00 - 12:00, Tuesdays 14:30 - 15:30

     

    Documents are returned during above indicated times. No need to register.

     

     

    Important note:
    The Consulate is closed on Chinese and Polish Public Holidays
